I'm not a hero, nor I hav epower, but I do know, that Im a human, and Im freaking sick of taking call, aside that , on that day, there's gonna be a lot of calls incoming, like a normal day, but only 15% of the workforce , so meaning by the rule of 3, less people / same average calls = bad performance, so, NO, Im not comming, aside that there are no more comp days, so, Im sorry, Im playing on staying at beach, with my family. enjoy your lack of leadership.
